Peloton Faces Trademark Infringement Suit Over Its Use of Bike+

Closely held World Champ Tech said Peloton’s Bike+ infringes a trademark it has used since 2014 in its mobile fitness applications.

• World Champ Tech is seeking “all profits Peloton has derived from its infringing conduct,” unspecified damages for the harm caused to the mark by infringement, and court orders blocking Peloton from using the Bike+ mark or anything confusingly similar and requiring Peloton to destroy all materials bearing the mark, according to complaint filed Friday in federal court in Oakland, California
