Peloton Bid to Relax US Import Ban Helps NordicTrack-Maker iFit

Customers who bought iFit Inc.’s banned at-home fitness devices during the two months since the US International Trade Commission’s limited exclusion order may take advantage of exemptions for repairs and replacements, the ITC said.

The order granting Peloton Interactive Inc.’s March request came one day after the company and Dish Network Corp. announced they’d settled their portion of the patent dispute that led to the import ban.
