Patent Owner Wants Panasonic Declaratory Action Moved To Texas

Optimum Imaging Technologies LLC told a federal judge Texas, and not California, is the best place for Panasonic Entertainment & Communications Co. Ltd.’s declaratory action because of related patent litigation already in the Lone Star State.
