The owner of an IP Edge-linked patent holding company said she won’t attend a July hearing in Delaware where a federal judge is seeking to assess her credibility as part of a heated litigation-funding investigation.
In a document filed July 12 in the US District Court for the District of Delaware and styled as a “Notice of Objection to and Non-Participation in Judicial Inquisition,” Lori LaPray and her company Backertop Licensing LLC, said they were “declining to participate any further.”
