The US Patent and Trademark Office has requested public comment on Director review, Precedential Opinion Panel review, and internal circulation and review of Patent Trial and Appeal Board decisions, according to a Friday news release.
The deadline to comment is Sept. 18, and a boardside chat will be held on Aug. 11, the agency said.
