Patent Attorney Appeals Order Requiring Judge’s OK for Lawsuits

Patent lawyer Bill Ramey told the Federal Circuit a sanctions order that forces him to seek permission before filing new patent cases in the Western District of Texas is based on bad evidence and overly broad.
