Pantech Corp. and OnePlus Technology Co. settled their patent infringement dispute concerning LTE and 5G technology inside cellphones.
The rivals requested the court to dismiss the dispute with prejudice, according to a joint motion filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. The parties will bear their own costs and expenses.
Pantech also dismissed OnePlus from its complaint before the US International Trade Commission, according to a May 22 motion.
