Panasonic Has No Role in US Toyota Wi-Fi Patent Suit, Judge Told

A University of New Mexico-affiliated nonprofit argued that a Panasonic Holdings Corp. unit shouldn’t be allowed to intervene in a patent infringement lawsuit against three Toyota Motor Corp. American units because it has no direct connection to the case, despite its role as the parent company’s vendor.
