Palo Alto Networks Inc. breached a series of patents owned by Centripetal Networks LLC and owes the cybersecurity company $151.5 million in damages after a verdict from a federal jury in Virginia.

Certain Palo Alto network security tools infringed four patents essential to Centripetal Networks’s cyber defense products, including its ‘Threat Intelligence Gateway,’ the jury found on Wednesday. The disputed technology included updated firewall installation and automation central to Centripetal’s attack detection and eradication platform, according to filings.

Palo Alto infringed US Patents 10,567,437, 10,530,903, 10,659,573, and 10,931,797, according to the jury’s verdict form.
