Oral Care Company Owner Escapes Trademark Infringement Lawsuit

The owner of an oral care company shed a lawsuit over alleged trademark infringement for products that used the same name as a competitor.

LaRochell Beauty LLC alleged that Beaming White LLC and its owner Luis Lajous infringed its Pearly trademark when it sold products under the same mark through third-party distributors, the court said.

The US District Court for the District of New Jersey on Wednesday granted Lajous’ motion to dismiss LaRochell’s claims against him.
