Oracle Trade Secrets Suit Survives Procore Motion to Dismiss

Procore Technologies Inc. and a former senior Oracle America Inc. employee failed to escape the company’s trade secrets lawsuit accusing them of using stolen documents to develop construction management tools.

Oracle sufficiently described its trade secrets, Judge Jon S. Tigar wrote in a Wednesday order in the US District Court for the Northern District of California listing specific documents Mark Mariano allegedly kept on personal iCloud and Google Drive accounts and transferred to his Procore laptop.
