OptraScan Inc. alleges in a federal lawsuit that two Morphle Labs Inc. medical-slide scanners infringe patents related to the automated scanning of pathology slides and predicting the efficacy of immunotherapy treatments.
OptraScan, based in San Jose, Calif., alleges that Morphle’s Morpholens 240 model scanner infringes US Patent No. 10,338,365 and that its HemoLens model infringes US Patent No. 10,586,376, according to a complaint filed May 31 and docketed Monday in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
