OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co. successfully knocked down a $10 million award after a Texas jury delievered a $1 million verdict in a damages trial concerning four Pantech Corp. patents protecting wireless technology it used in its smartphones.
OnePlus must pay more than $739,700 for infringing US Patent Nos. 9,548,839; 11,012,954; 10,869,247 and more than $260,200 for US Patent No. 9,063,654, according to the verdict filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
