OneMain Sues Rival Lender Springlight on ‘Springleaf’ Trademarks

OneMain Holdings, which provides direct-to-consumer loans under the Springleaf brand, filed a lawsuit accusing Skopos Financialof trademark infringement and unfair competition over its plans to launch a competing lending business called Springlight Financial.
