Teen pop group OMG Girlz will argue this spring for punitive damages in a fourth jury trial over toymaker MGA Entertainment Inc.'s use of the members’ likenesses for its L.O.L. Surprise! O.M.G. dolls barring another twist in the long-running dispute.
MGA as well as the group and producers Clifford “T.I.” Harris and Tameka “Tiny” Harris all said they could start trial May 12 in the US District Court for the Central District of California, according to a Thursday filing.
