Robert Shaffer has joined O’Melveny & Myers as a partner in its intellectual property and technology practice group in Washington, D.C., the firm said Wednesday.
Shaffer, who has an M.S. in physiology and biophysics, handles life sciences patent litigation, according to O’Melveny.
He most recently served as the biotechnology and pharmaceutical practice group leader and co-chair of the life sciences practice at Finnegan LLP, O’Melveny said.
