Omega Patents’ $15 million patent infringement win is at risk after the Federal Circuit mandated a new trial in an April 8 opinion.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit upheld the validity of Omega’s remote vehicle control patents, but reversed some of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida’s rulings and vacated and remanded for a new trial on others.
