Olson Kundig Inc., the Seattle-based firm of prominent architect Tom Kundig, alleges 12th Avenue Iron Inc. breached a 2010 agreement that, while never signed, led to years of royalties on sales from Kundig’s eponymous collection of hardware and home furnishings, according to a federal lawsuit filed in Washington State.
