Olive Snack Brand Agrees to Stop Using Olipop Mark on Products

Nutruit LLC will cease using federally registered trademarks belonging to prebiotic soda maker Olipop Inc. with its olive snack products, federal court records indicate.

Nutruit and Olipop said in a proposed final order and judgment filed Jan. 30 that the former will be permanently enjoined from using the latter’s “Olipop” marks registered with the US Patent and Trademark Office.
