Okta Inc. and
Cybersecurity firm Biogy sent multiple letters to Okta and Microsoft’s customers, including Albertsons Cos., alleging security products generating user verification codes infringed its patent, according to separate complaints filed Monday in the US District Court for the Northern District of California. Okta and Microsoft requested the court to declare they didn’t infringe US Patent No. 7,669,236.
