NYC Media Firm Audacy Hit With Three Copyright Suits Over Photos

The radio and media company Audacy New York LLC is facing three copyright lawsuits in Manhattan federal court from photographers and videographers who claim the company displayed their works online without permission.

Two of the plaintiffs claimed that their media was copied directly into news stories and blog posts for 1010 WINS, an AM radio station based in New York.

Lynk Media LLC said it owns a video of a woman dressed as the Statue of Liberty spilling red paint on a Black Lives Matter mural, and photographer William Farrington sued over his four photos of a puppy being rescued ...
