Nvidia AI Video, Audio Products Targeted by Patent Lawsuit (1)

Nvidia Corp. infringed several patents with products that incorporate audio-, visual-, and speech-enhancement software, a lawsuit claims.

Nvidia’s Maxine, Riva, Broadcast App, and ACE products use methods covered by Arlington Technologies LLC’s US Patent Nos. 7,702,083, 8,862,456, 9,088,694, 10,574,201 and 11,394,923, Arlington Technologies said in a complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas. Arlington Technologies said it attempted to engage in licensing discussions with Nvidia earlier this month.
