A federal judge agreed to dismiss a patent infringement lawsuit between Northwestern University and
Judge Jennifer Hall of the US District Court for the District of Delaware on Thursday signed off on the parties’ Oct. 30 stipulation for dismissal. Universal Robots and the university told the court they reached a settlement agreement and requested the case be dismissed with prejudice.
