Nokia, Warner Bros. Discovery End Video-Streaming Patent Suit

Nokia Corp. and Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. agreed to end Nokia’s lawsuit accusing HBO Max and Discovery+ of patent infringement two weeks after a federal judge declined to toss three video-streaming patents from the case.

The parties agreed to dismiss all claims and counterclaims but didn’t close the door on renewing them, according to a stipulation and order issued Friday by Judge Gregory B. Williams in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
