No Labels Lawsuit Alleges Copycat Website Infringes Trademark

Third-party advocate No Labels filed a trademark infringement suit in federal court against NoLabels.com, alleging the website “is attempting to rebrand No Labels and confuse the public about what the organization actually stands for.”

No Labels is a non-profit organization “working to get on 2024 voting ballots in states across the country” that “may offer our ballot line to a Unity presidential ticket if the American people demand it,” according to its website.

The defendant “has apparently purchased advertisements on Google” in an attempt to steer those seeking information about the organization to the infringing website, the complaint says.
