The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit Feb. 17 amended its earlier opinion in a case involving the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, making only a single, non-substantive change to the court’s earlier ruling (MDY Industries LLC v. Blizzard Entertainment Inc., 9th Cir., 09-15932, 09-16044).
The court also denied the plaintiff’s request for rehearing of the appeal.
