Strike 3 Holdings LLC owes over $40,000 in attorneys’ fees to a man who beat one of the adult film company’s copyright lawsuits, the Ninth Circuit affirmed.
Strike 3 appealed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit after a district court judge awarded the defendant a non-infringement ruling, along with $40,501 in attorney’s fees. The man was identified in court documents as “John Doe.”
