Nintendo Wins Gamevice Patent Case Over its Switch Gaming System

Nintendo’s Switch console and Joy-Con controllers don’t infringe a Gamevice patent, the U.S. International Trade Commission said in a notice on its website.

  • Gamevice, which makes attachable handheld controllers for use with smartphones or tablets, had claimed the Nintendo Switch console and Joy-Con controllers infringed a patent.
