Nintendo Wins Appeal Over Gamevice Controller Patent Claim

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, without issuing a formal opinion, affirmed that Nintendo wasn’t infringing a Gamevice patent for a handheld controller used with video games.
