Nintendo Must Face Wii Controller Patent Suit, Pending Appeal

Nintendo Co. Ltd. failed to convince a Washington federal judge that a patent its Wii, Wii U, and Switch controllers are accused of infringing is invalid but will avoid a jury trial as a Federal Circuit appeal plays out.
