Nimitz Technologies LLC, an affiliate of prolific patent-assertion entity IP Edge, produced documents in a Delaware federal court—though not publicly—after months of resisting turning over files including bank statements and the content of litigation-related discussions.
In a short statement Thursday explaining its production of records, Nimitz attorney George Pazuniak said the company was turning over the records under protest and maintains its “objection to the production of documents which are protected by the attorney-client privilege, and to the requirement to produce any documents.”
