Nike Patent Suit Targets Lululemon’s Footwear as New Colors Drop

Nike Inc. alleges that Lululemon Athletica Inc.’s Blissfeel, Strongfeel, and Chargefeel Mid and Low sneakers infringe three patents for its Flyknit technology, which Nike describes as “a fabric that fits like a sock, with the support and durability for sport.”

Nike filed the complaint Monday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York—one day before Lululemon was expected to make the shoes available in new colors.
