Nike, Inventor End Bra-Pocket Patent Dispute in Massachusetts

Nike Inc. and a patent owner are ending their dispute accusing the sportswear titan of infringement with sports bras incorporating built-in pockets.

Nike and SherryWear LLC asked the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts to dismiss the patent infringement suit with prejudice, according to a joint stipulation filed Tuesday. The companies said each will bear its own costs and fees.
