Nielsen Says TVision Used Patented App-Tracker Tech For Rivals

A Nielsen Holdings Ltd. subsidiary accused TVision Insights Inc. of infringing its patent by using a panel-based system to identify streaming apps on household devices.

Nielsen Co.
