Newell’s Graco Says Alpha Group’s Baby Trend Infringes Patents

Newell Brands’ Graco unit is seeking to block imports of playpens and foldable strollers sold by China-based Alpha Group’s Baby Trend, according to a patent-infringement complaint filed at the U.S. International Trade Commission in Washington.

  • Complaint, filed Tuesday, alleges infringement of two Graco patents and two patents owned by closely held Wonderland Nurserygoods, based in Taiwan, and licensed exclusively to Graco
