A New York coffee distributor sued a Brooklyn resident and coffee seller for trademark infringement, alleging he illegally advertised and sold products under a trademarked name.
EXP Corp USA, a product distributor for the New York metropolitan area, filed the complaintagainst Juda Ohana Wednesday in the US District Court in the Eastern District of New York.
