Netlist Will Get $40 Million From SK Hynix Patent Settlement

The payment is part of a five-year agreement Netlist and SK Hynix reached to resolve a long-standing patent dispute, Netlist said in a regulatory filing

• Netlist also will be able to buy as much as $600 million of SK Hynix memory products during the terms of the supply agreement, according to the filing
• NOTE: The companies had announced the settlement Monday, though not the financial details
