Netflix Hits Snag in Bid to Get Litigation Funder Documents (1)

AiPi LLC convinced a court Friday to quash Netflix Inc.‘s subpoena seeking documents that might show how the litigation funder controlled proceeds from a Finnish businessman’s patent litigation campaign.

Some of Lauri Valjakka’s lawsuits, which he began filing against a wide array of tech companies in late 2021, ended quickly.
