Nelson Mullins Tags David Yang in as Partner in Washington, DC

David Yang has joined Nelson Mullins LLP as a partner in the Washington office, the firm said Thursday.

Yang’s experience includes litigating protests, claims, and other disputes before the US Government Accountability Office, the US Court of Federal Claims, and the Small Business Administration’s Office of Hearings and Appeals, according to Nelson Mullins.

He advises clients on compliance, intellectual property rights, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions, said the firm.
