NEC Sues Peloton, Gaia, Two Other Firms Over Streaming Patents

NEC Corp. alleges that fitness content-streaming services and products by Peloton Interactive Inc., Our Body Electric Inc., Gaia Inc., and Tone It Up Inc. infringe as many as three of its patents, according to four federal lawsuits filed in Delaware and Colorado.
