NBA star Giannis Antetokounmpo filed suit against Leaf Trading Cards LLC, alleging the company sold items bearing the “Greek Freak” mark and his name, picture, and likeness without authorization.
The collectibles manufacturer continued to sell items bearing the Antetokounmpo rights and his Greek Freak mark after its one-year license agreement ended in May 2014, according to the suit filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
