NBA superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo filed a new lawsuit over products that allegedly infringe his “Greek Freak” trademark in Manhattan federal court on Wednesday.
Antetokounmpo has filed over four dozen complaints in recent years over the Greek Freak mark, which he said has been in continuous use on apparel and backpacks since 2017.
The latest complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, alleged that six individuals in states across the country sold various counterfeit products bearing the Greek Freak mark on Etsy and Redbubble.
