Navy Contract Trade Secrets Suit Wrongly Axed, 6th Cir. Says

A Navy contractor shouldn’t have so easily escaped a trade secrets lawsuit brought by the industrial equipment company its founder had previously run, the Sixth Circuit said.

B&P Littleford LLC plausibly alleged that at least a portion of the trade secret theft at issue occurred within three years of it suing Prescott Machinery LLC and its founder Ray Miller in 2018, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit said Tuesday.
