Nature’s Way Settles Trademark Claims With CBD Product Maker

Nature’s Way Products LLC settled claims in Arizona federal court that a maker of cannabidiol-infused products that also used “Nature’s Way” in its name infringed its trademarks.

The natural supplement maker argued Nature’s Way Botanicals was likely to cause consumer confusion, and that it had already received customer questions meant for the CBD company.

Nature’s Way Products said it is one of the most recognized manufacturers of herbal supplements, dietary supplements, and vitamins, and sells its products through outlets including Amazon.com, Walmart, and Walgreens.
