Natera Gets CareDx’s $45 Million False-Advertising Award Tossed

Natera Inc. convinced a federal judge to wipe out a Delaware jury’s $45 million award to CareDx Inc.—and to conditionally grant a new trial—in a false-advertising suit that’s part of a wider clash over rival transplant-rejection assessment tests.

Judge Colm F.
