The companies reached a settlement in principle and the US District Court for the District of New Jersey paused the case to allow the deal to be finalized. The resolution comes after Judge Zahid N. Quraishi denied both sides’ motions for pre-trial wins, putting the case on course for trial. Details of the settlement weren’t included in the Monday court filings.
