Mr. T is suing the operator of a cannabis website for trademark infringement, saying his name was used to sell a “Mr. Tusk” hybrid strain of marijuana.

Leafly Holdings Inc. falsely suggests his endorsement in a published a listing that included a square icon with “Mrt,” the actor alleged in a Aug. 22 lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He said Leafly refused to remove the listing after receiving cease-and-desist messages.
