The International Trade Commission said it will review a judge’s findings that some of Hytera Communications Corp. Ltd.’s two-way radio equipment infringe Motorola Solutions Inc. patents.
The commission also will consider whether Hytera can raise arguments that it already has a license to at least one of the patents.
The commission will issue a final decision Nov. 16, it said in a notice.
Motorola Solutions is seeking an import ban on certain Hytera radio equipment made in China.
