An eyewear maker accusing Meta Platforms Inc.'s Ray-Ban smart glasses of patent infringement urged a federal judge to disqualify Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from representing industry giant EssilorLuxottica USA Inc. due to a conflict of interest.
