Montblanc North America LLC has resolved a patent infringement case concerning systems that track smartwatch users’ biometric information.
Montblanc and patent owner Mobile Health Innovative Solutions LLC told the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas June 12 that they agreed to dismiss the suit with prejudice. Their stipulation of dismissal says each party will cover its own costs, expenses, and attorneys’ fees.
